  • No! you choose when you sign up either home workouts or gym-based training. Both will be spicy and help you see results!

  • If you’re in the Fat Loss track, yes — tracking is important because it creates awareness of your intake and helps ensure you’re actually in a calorie deficit (the only way fat loss happens). You’ll get full support around this so it feels simple and not obsessive.

    If you’re in the Strength/Muscle track, tracking is optional. Building muscle is less about precision deficits and more about fueling your training and recovery. The focus is on eating enough protein, balanced meals, and consistency — without needing to log every bite if that’s not your thing.

  • That’s totally fine!! so many women in Empower Train start as complete beginners. Every exercise in the app has demo videos, plus you’ll see options to make each movement easier or harder (so you can progress at your own pace).

    Having a structured program is actually the best way to start lifting, because you’re guided step by step instead of feeling lost in the gym.

    You’ll build confidence quickly and know exactly what to do each session.

  • Definitely! Training with a friend gives you that extra layer of accountability and fun to get the workouts done!! But even if you join solo, you’ll feel supported by the group and empowered to reach your goals.

  • Yes! Home workouts are just 30–40 minutes, and gym sessions take 45–60 minutes.

    Everything is in the app, so you can follow your plan anytime, stay consistent, and make real progress, even with a busy schedule.

  • The app makes every workout simple and efficient. It guides you step-by-step, shows correct form, tracks your progress, and removes all the guesswork, so you can spend less time wandering the gym and more time lifting, moving, and seeing results.
