Group coaching gives you structured training, community, and accountability at a more affordable price.
VIP is a much more personalised experience. 1:1 coaching, direct coach support, and complete training and nutrition customisation. -
Absolutely. The training is progressive and youβll still be given all the tools you need to see results. The difference is that VIP offers more tailored support if you want individual adjustments or have specific needs.
I provide the tools, guidance, and support β but real progress happens when you put in the work.
The more consistent you are, the better and faster your results will be. -
If youβre in the Fat Loss track, yes β tracking is important because it creates awareness of your intake and helps ensure youβre actually in a calorie deficit (the only way fat loss happens). Youβll get full support around this so it feels simple and not obsessive.
If youβre in the Strength/Muscle track, tracking is optional. Building muscle is less about precision deficits and more about fueling your training and recovery. The focus is on eating enough protein, balanced meals, and consistency β without needing to log every bite if thatβs not your thing.

Nope! I offer both gym-based and home workout programs depending on your setup, equipment, and goals.
So if youβre training from your lounge room with some dumbbells and a mat thatβs what your program will be based around.
If youβre a gym goer wanting to use all the machines, your program will cater for that too! -
Yes absolutely but you would have to sign up to VIP so your program is personalised to you.
As long as youβre cleared by your healthcare provider with no issues, Iβm qualified to train pregnant and postpartum clients and have experience doing so.
Training during this time can be amazing and empowering, helping you stay strong and connected to your body. Your program will be carefully adapted to ensure safety and support your body through every stage of pregnancy and recovery. -
VIP is perfect if you want personalised programming, accountability, and coaching tailored 100% to your goals
(e.g. postnatal, marathon prep, fat loss + muscle gain combo, or if you need form checks). -
This isnβt about handing you a plan and leaving you on your own. Youβll have ongoing support, check-ins, and accountability, so even when motivation dips (which is normal!), youβve got guidance and community to help you follow through.
