Yes! As long as you’re cleared by your healthcare provider with no issues, I’m qualified to train pregnant and postpartum clients and have experience doing so. Training during this time can be amazing and empowering, helping you stay strong and connected to your body. Your program will be carefully adapted to ensure safety and support your body through every stage of pregnancy and recovery.

You’ll get personalised nutrition guidance tailored to your goals — including calorie targets for fat loss or physique goals, or simply to help you better understand your food. This is a short-term tool, never a strict meal plan or diet.
If calorie tracking isn’t your thing, you can send me food photos instead, and I’ll help you improve what you’re already eating.
Plus, there are hundreds of easy, delicious recipes available in the app to keep your meals inspiring and on track.
The focus is on teaching, educating, and empowering you to make sustainable choices that fit your lifestyle.
